HRD


    SB College has started a full-fledged HRD department with a package of programmes through out the year. The major highlight of the department is that ‘ It is the first full time HRD department in a college in our state’.

Role of the HR Department

    The role of the Human Resources Department is to support and facilitate the mainstream activities of the institution. The department take care the overall development of the students. The department documents the HRD records of both our staffs and students. Public Relations, Alumni correspondence, coordination of development programmes are some of the activities of the department.

1. Continuous Personality Development Training to First DC Students based on a training calendar

2. Optional training programmes for II DC students
3. Intensive training programme for III DC students.

Personality Contest

SB Luminary Personality Contest –The contest identifies best outgoing students from PG as well as degree level through competitive rounds such as academic marks, interview, group discussion and stage performance.

Documentation

    The department documents the HRD records of both our staffs and students. All the documents related to the programmes and activities of the college are recorded in this department.

Project Preparation 

    The department prepares important projects related to UGC, University, NAAC as well as other agencies.

Public Relations

    The department makes liaison with external organisations, government officials and media.

Alumni Association

    The department is vibrant in establishing effective relationships with the Alumni of different countries.
